Herein Sesshin winter, Rest in Plenitude, we celebrate the awakening of the Buddha, diving into the heart of Zen practice. This meditation retreat is designed to guide us through serenity and deep introspection, aligning ourselves with the spirit of the awakening of the Buddha.

- Meditation Sessions: Learn and delve into the fundamental practices of Zen meditation under the guidance of our teachers. Each session is adapted to welcome both beginners and experienced practitioners, creating an inclusive space for all.

Time
During retirement, We follow a community practice in which we participate together in all activities, supporting each other on the way. We start the day early, waking us at 6:30, And we retire to rest at 23:00. Between each activity there are pauses of 30 minutes to favor the balance and integration of experience.
Throughout the day, We share at least six thirty -minute meditation periods, along with stretch sessions, teachings of Dharma y got, conscious work. Through the Samu, We cultivate an attitude of presence and delivery in everyday tasks, integrating practice into each action and strengthening the spirit of community. All retreat develops in a harmonious rhythm that allows us to deepen the experience and sustain each other on the road.

- Beginners: If it's your first sesshin, This is a unique opportunity to start your meditation practice in a guided and respectful environment. It is required to have participated in a previous urban retirement.
- Experienced: For those who already have experience in Zen meditation, This retirement offers an occasion of deepening and reflection on the teachings of the Buddha, helping to strengthen personal practice.
