We are a Buddhist Community driven by the Zen master Daizan Soriano, dedicated to the practice and dissemination of the Buddhist tradition Soto Zen. Initially formed by the Alicante Zen Association and the Zen Association of Murcia, We strive to create a united community committed to the principles of Zen.

Teachers
Daizan Soriano
Maestro Zen, received the Transmission of Dharma (depot) of the Venerable Taisei Dokushô Villalba (Tessie solo photo), abbot-founder of the temple and the Soto Zen Buddhist Community, thus becoming his legitimate successor in the lineage of the Buddhas and Ancestors of the Soto Zen tradition.
From an early age, his spiritual restlessness led him, in 1993, to the practice of zen meditation. six years later, He was accepted as a disciple by the teacher Dokushô Villalba, Integrating into the Soto Zen Buddhist Community (CBSZ).
His dedication to organizing and teaching in the CBSZ led him, in 2006, to complete his training and practice as a Zen meditation instructor and teacher of Buddhist studies. Throughout his career, He carried out various organizational functions in the CBSZ, both in the area of communication and in teaching. Currently, serves as teaching director of Kômyô Zen Center in Alicante and the Zen Center in Murcia, as well as president of the Alicante Zen Association and spiritual director of the Soto Zen Camino Medio Community.
Helena García Muñoz
Professor at the Murcia Art School. Zen meditation practitioner since 2012, with a deep commitment to the cultivation of the mind and spiritual well-being. In 2017 I completed MBTB training (Mindfulness Based on Buddhist Tradition), which allowed me to integrate mindfulness into my life and my teaching. From 2020, I am co-responsible for the Zen Center of Murcia, where I collaborate in the dissemination of Zen practice. In 2022, I began discipleship under the guidance of the teacher Daizan Soriano, within the Soto Zen Buddhist Community.
Carlos Belizon Fernandez
Social Worker and dedicated practitioner of the path of Zen, committed to the comprehensive well-being of people. Master's Disciple Daizan Soriano, His Zen practice is complemented by his training as an MBTB Monitor. (Mindfulness Based on Buddhist Tradition), integrating mindfulness techniques to promote a more conscious and balanced life. At the moment, serves as president of the Zen Association of Murcia, where he promotes the dissemination of Zen and mindfulness practice.
Alejandro Muñoz Fernández
Doctor of Medicine and Surgery by UMH. Pulmonology Specialist, currently dedicated to respiratory health care at the Elda General Hospital. In addition to his medical career, He is a disciple of the master Daizan Soriano and head of the Zen Kômyô Dojo in Alicante. Trained as an MBTB Monitor (Mindfulness Based on Buddhist Tradition), regularly teaches MBTB courses and gives introductions to Zen meditation in Alicante, integrating mindfulness and Zen practice into your approach to holistic well-being.
