Weeks of practice
In addition to the theoretical aspect, This seminar includes a commitment to daily meditation practice for five weeks.
Before starting the first week of practice, The student must have assimilated the instructions presented in the first two modules of the course. It is especially recommended to watch the video and study the module text 2.
Week 1
Requirements:
- A meditation session 10 minimum minutes in the morning.

- Seven days of practice.

If the student has completed at least the 50% of the required practices, You will be able to access the Certificate of Achievement.
Dates: Continued. The student can start and end the seminar whenever they want.

This online study course has six sessions of one hour each, further 20 hours of zen meditation practice.
