Embrace death to live fully

Experiential workshop

A serene look at life and death

Contemporary culture usually ensures death. In this workshop we create a safe space to contemplate impermanence and discover how every moment, lived carefully, reveals an essential freedom.

What does it mean to die from the perspective of Buddhism?
In this workshop, We explore death not as a tragic end, but as a natural transformation within the great flow of existence. Through the teachings of the teachers of the Buddhist tradition and the direct experience of meditation, We approach death with serenity, clarity and presence.

We will reflect on how the fear of disappearing arises from attachment to an illusory identity, And how the practice of zazen It helps us to release that attachment moment by moment. We will also see how Japanese culture and Zen traditions embrace impermanence, integrating life and death into the same gesture of gratitude.
