We invite you to participate in our Urban Retreats, a unique opportunity to stop in the middle of the daily hustle and reconnect with our authentic nature original. During this intensive journey, we will explore the art of silence, zen meditation (zazen) and the teachings of Dharma in an atmosphere of calm and contemplation.
Who is it aimed at??
To all those who wish to deepen the practice of Zen, regardless of your experience level. This retirement is an opportunity to practice with full care in our daily environment and share teachings that guide us towards balance and mental clarity. It is essential to have participated in an introduction to Zen to register for this activity.
Besides, Participation in this type of retreats is an essential condition for those who wish to participate in the Deepening Retreats. organized by the Soto Zen Camino Medio Community (CSZCM). These more advanced retreats are designed for those who wish to deepen their Zen practice..
Urban Retirement Program
09:00 – Opening and welcome. 30 minutes to start the withdrawal, explaining the practices of the day.
09:30 – Meditation period (zazen)
10:00 – walking meditation (kinhin)
10:15 – Meditation period (zazen)

11:15 – Morning teaching
12:15 – Rest
12:45 – Meditation period (zazen)
13:15 – Ceremony
13:30 – Lunch break
16:30 – Meditation period (zazen)

17:15 – Meditation period (zazen)

18:15 – Afternoon teaching
19:15 – circle of hearts. To share reflections and experiences of the day.
