In the Soto Zen Camino Medio Community, We offer a variety of courses designed to deepen the practice of Zen and bring its benefits to your daily life.. Our courses are open to practitioners of all levels, from beginners to those with experience in Zen practice.

The purpose of this route is to provide an orientation both in the practice of meditation and in the essential teachings of Buddhism Soto Zen according to courses that the CSZCM It currently offers. Level 1: Introduction to Meditation and Zen Buddhism
