In this course we immerse ourselves in the teachings of the Buddha and explore the eight vital principles that constitute the heart of his teaching. These principles, first transmitted in the Sutra del Nirvana, They represent the latest teachings of Buddha before death and enter the Parinirvana.
Through the text “Hachi Dainin Gaku” body of the Dul's Dunic Zenki, who transmitted these principles to his disciples from his death bed, We reveal the keys to a full and significant life. We discover how these eight principles are a guide to direct our vital energy towards awakening and intimate contact with our true original nature.
Immersed in the essence of Buddhism, We explore concepts such as having few wishes, Cultivate contentment, Serena joy, The continued effort, full attention, The practice of meditation, the cultivation of wisdom and avoid vain discussions. Through the understanding and practice of these principles, We discover how to lead a more balanced life, Conscious and full of meaning.
