INTRODUCTION TO THE ZEN III Meditation

Zen meditation, through the practice of zazen, It is a path of introspection that reveals our authentic awakened nature. Beyond calming the mind, zazen leads us to a deep understanding of the essence of our existence, allowing us to be fully present in every moment.

What do we offer?

Our introductory course is designed for beginners and covers the fundamentals of Zen, including:

  • Basic Theory: Understand the fundamental principles that govern the practice of Zen.
  • Zen Meditation (Zazen): Learn and practice sitting meditation, the heart of Zen practice.
  • Usual attitudes and mistakes.
  • Access to the web platform with recordings of the teachings, written documentation and material to expand. Access.
  • Dialogues and Discussions: Participate in group exchanges to deepen your understanding and connect with other participants.

Who is it for??

This course is designed for anyone interested in Soto Zen Buddhism., regardless of your previous experience.
