Activity Description:
This introduction to Zen meditation is designed for those who want to introduce themselves to the practice of Zazen, learn their methodology, posture and breathing. It is a unique opportunity to learn the fundamental principles of this ancient practice in an environment of support and respect..
You do not need previous experience to join our meditation practice. Together, we will learn to sit in silence, connecting naturally with the breath, allowing the mind to calm down and the body to find its own balance.
During the session, we pay special attention to posture, cultivating an attitude of full presence and acceptance in every moment of practice.
Although the mental noise may persist, instead of fighting him, we look at it calmly, without getting attached. This way, we discover a deep silence, which is not the absence of thoughts, but a way to be completely present with what is happening, instant to instant.
What will you learn?
During this session, we will teach you to sit in silence, to become familiar with your body through breathing, to calm the mind and stabilize the body, all while developing full awareness of your actions and thoughts. You will receive detailed and personalized explanations about the meditation posture, the proper mental attitude and the essential teachings of the Way of Zen.

Recommendations:
It is advisable to arrive with 15 minutes in advance. Please, bring comfortable clothes, preferably without logos, and white socks if you want.
