Eight Zen principles for a fulfilled life.

The teacher Daizan Soriano sensei will guide us in this course through the eight vital principles of Buddhism, based on the teachings of the Buddha and the master Dōgen Zenji. Through videos, audios, and readings, We will learn how to apply these principles in our daily lives to achieve greater mental well-being, emotional and spiritual, deepening our practice and understanding of Zen.
