Motivation and who the project is aimed at

This project was born from the need to consolidate a community based on the principles of Soto Zen Buddhism., to offer a practice space, reflection and personal growth in a world marked by individualism, stress and socio-environmental challenges. The experience accumulated in the teaching and practice of Zen has shown us the importance of creating a solid environment that not only preserves the tradition, but also adapts it to contemporary needs, promoting connection, compassion and well-being.

The project is aimed at all those people interested in meditation, spiritual development and social commitment. This includes Buddhist practitioners, spiritual seekers, people concerned about the environment and sustainability, as well as those looking for tools for emotional well-being and conscious living. Besides, It is also intended for those who wish to support a Buddhist community that promotes values of interdependence, solidarity and compassionate action.

The team has a solid track record in organizing retreats, workshops, meditation sessions and community activities. Besides, its approach combines the Zen tradition with a commitment to addressing current social and environmental challenges.
